Shipping Policy

All H2Go Systems products are available for delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand from this website. For other countries please contact us at hello@h2gosystems.com or on +61 1300 556 660 to arrange delivery.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from H2Go Systems containing your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order usually within a few minutes of ordering, but no longer than the next business day.

We will endeavor to dispatch your goods with our shipping carrier no more than 2 business days from the receipt of the order; however if goods are unavailable delivery may take a little longer. If you wish to query the status of a delivery please contact us at hello@h2gosystems.com.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Any freight costs quoted are based on a single delivery to the nominated delivery point. Where split or partial deliveries are made, or the delivery point changed at the customer’s request, a separate freight charge will be applicable.

Certain large scale or custom made orders are subject to shipping and/or manufacturing lead-times.  In this circumstance the relevant product information page will include an estimation of the maximum lead-time and the exact lead-time frame will be confirmed within 2 business days of receipt of the order.
